Quaint Views of Utah

I have never been to Utah, more's the pity, but I found myself strangely attracted to a sheaf of little cards I found in an old print shop in London. I have no information about them at all (too big to fit in a cigarette packet, too small for a message) but they're good examples of the Boring Postcard genre and more importantly of charming early print techniques.

  1. I love old postcards -- the grainy finish of them. They're great to look at -- yours of Utah are wonderful!

  2. The arches one is my fave, because i've been there. it's about as in the middle of no-where as you can possibly imagine. those arches are made by years of water flowing through stone. when you think of the time it took, it's incredible. thanks for sharing!
