All Best Wishes to you into the New Year 2011!
Elizabeth, thank you and very best wishes for another great photographic year!
Laughing and then almost crying....yes, absolutely.
So glad I'm not alone Mr Worthington. I do hope you had an equable christmas with odd moments of pure delight.
I have a dread of Christmas, as I've expressed in my posts, but I ignore those irritants, and as much of "it" as possible, and have no expectation of having a jolly time, and it seems to be a recipe for success. Either way, best to ignore the whole aptly named silly season, and do what suits you. Family gatherings tend to be a complete no-no. Anyway, it's over now, and hogmanay is much much more fun!
That's the ticket!Never had a proper hogmanay and I long for the New year Eves of my past: my parents' wonderful party when we were children; then graduating to fantastic teenage orgies near Portchester Castle.
Oh, too sad! I'm such an old softie
DED, all the softies are coming out of the woodwork! I can hardly bear to watch it myself anymore.
Maybe this year will be better. I'm having a drink to you right now, Rose. And it's one of the ones before I start watering them down.
Ah rurritable, I drink half-price supermarket bubbly to you! I would love to be on your farm right now with you Tammy and the mules. thanks for always looking at my blog and your brilliantly acerbic comments. Rosie x
